Jose Gonzalez is an indie folk artist from Gothenburg, Sweden. His parents moved from Argentina to Sweden two years before he was born. Gonzalez grew up listening to Latin folk and pop music. Ironically, the first band he ever played in was a hardcore punk band. Now, Gonzalez is known for his solo classical guitar with soft vocal melody. His cover of "Heartbeats" was used in the commercial for Sony Bravia TV in which Sony released 300,000 bouncing balls into the streets of San Francisco, California. "Heartbeats" can be found on his album "Veneer," while his most recent album is titled "In Our Nature."
