Yeasayer is an experimental band based in Brooklyn, New York. Ther live performances include trippy, psychedelic visuals projected in the background and the band describes their music as "Middle Eastern-psych-snap-gospel". The band first came to national attention after appearing at the SXSW festival in early 2007. Since then they released the singles "Sunrise" and "2080" and toured with MGMT and Man Man in the United States, United Kingdom and Europe. Check out Yeasayer's myspace to learn more.
